The Ski Club will be offering three day trips to Windham Mountain on the following days:
Sunday, January 11, 2009 ........ Download Permission Slip
Sunday, February 8, 2009
Sunday, March 8, 2009
The ski club is a fun opportunity for Holdrum students to enjoy skiing or snowboarding and to socialize outside of school in the company of friends.
All levels of skiers or snowboarders are welcome. Group and private lessons are available for students wanting to improve their skills.
Although there are adult chaperones both on the slopes and in the lodge, parents are advised to discuss proper etiquette and behavior on the slopes with their child prior to participation as the children do ski independently throughout the day.
Equipment may be rented in advance of all ski trips at Ski Barn in Paramus or Mount Everest Ski Shop in Westwood. Students may be entitled to a discount at Mount Everest Ski Shop when mentioning membership in the Holdrum Ski Club.
The cost of the trip is $86 and includes transportation, lift tickets, breakfast, snacks and a movie on the bus.
Flyers for the first ski trip will be distributed the week of December 1, 2008. Availability is based on First Come - First Serve.
