Join Teen Rec

Registration for Holdrum Teen Rec is now officially open.  To join Teen Rec, print out and complete the Teen Rec Registration form here.

I encourage you to go to Teen Rec and read “About Teen Rec” which details all the information you will need to register your child and learn about the program. Then return here to register. Please remember to print out the Parent and Student Agreements, which must be signed by a parent/guardian and the student. These agreements must accompany the child at his/her first attended event.

The Teen Rec membership fee is $30.00 and the PTA membership fee is $8.00. For insurance reasons, you MUST be a PTA member in 2011/2012 in order for your child to be a Teen Rec member.

In addition, the new adherence chaperone program will be enforced again this year and we request a SEPARATE check made out to RIVERVALE PTA for $25.00 AND WRITE NAME OF YOUR CHILD AND GRADE ON MEMO LINE OF CHECK. Please send this check into school with your child in an envelope marked ”C/O Teen Recreation Chaperone” no later than September 21, 2011. This check will be returned to you on your chaperone date upon leaving. If you do not show on the night you were intended to chaperone or find an acceptable replacement and did not notify your Grade Coordinator your check will be added as a donation to the Holdrum Teen Rec funds for the year.

The first Teen Rec event will be on Friday September 23, 2011 for all 6th Grade Teen Rec members. It will be a mixer at the Holdrum Old Gym from 7:30-9:30.
